• Validity period: Within 365 days of purchase
• Refund conditions: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the ticket has not been used.
  • Partial refunds are not available. (For example, if you purchase a five-test package and use one test, you cannot receive a refund for the remaining four tests.)
  • "Unused" means that you have never accessed the test editor.
• Expert Review Tickets can be used in 'Expert Review' page.
• When using an Expert Review Ticket, you can receive feedback on your submission from a totus expert.
• Discounts may apply differently when purchased with totus coins.
• Free trial benefits are provided only once per account and are non-refundable.
